Raven knows her stuff when it comes to procedures, protocols, and the law concerning special needs and IEP’s. She has pulled up policies on how my district is supposed to fill out forms and had to teach them in the middle of our IEP. She doesn’t play games and will fight for your child’s rights. She is always looking 10 steps ahead at the big picture to protect you and your child from getting pushed around now and in the long run. She is passionate about what she does and truly cares.
