Create a plan of action with specific things you need to do, write down, and think about before your IEP meeting. This is so important in order for you so wherever you are you can write down things that come to mind as well at random times. 

This action sheet is editable on your computer or electronic device, and you can of course print it out to put on your refrigerator, in your car, in your bathroom by your shower, your bedroom, and anywhere else you think of all those amazing things that must be discussed and addressed.
